Sync keeps disconnecting

I have a iPhone 13 and a 2017 Ford Focus. iPhone is updated and is paired with Sync in my car but it keeps disconnecting. I’ve been using the usb port under radio. When I try to press sync settings or apps it takes forever to turn on and once connected it keeps disconnecting! The usb port sometimes doesn’t even acknowledge that there’s something in it! It’s ridiculous! Please help. I have tried repairing my iPhone and sync over and over again and still it keeps disconnecting. Plus my Bluetooth keeps having trouble connecting to Sync
