I can’t download some of the apps on my iphone.it says it requires software update but my software is updated

Iphone 6 Current: iOS 12.5.7, released January 23, 2023. It cannot be updated to 13. You may want to consider upgrading to a newer iphone.

Only you can update your iPad.
