Just got new iPhone 14 went to register screen protector for warranty at gadgetguard.com but mistakenly reversed the u and a in guard (gadgetgaurd.com) and went to fake website where I clicked a blue button to register. Got white screen that I think said blank with no questions on it. That’s when I realized I was on a fake website. Could I have downloaded virus, malware or spyware?

If you didn't input anything in that fake website, you are okay.
For your peace of mind, if you reached that site using Safari, Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. When done, restart your device.

Yes, if you deleted Chome completely (in Settings>General>iPhone Storage... the scrolled down to that app and deleted the app and its related data).
On the contrary, if Chrome app still appears in AppLibrary, you can reinstall it, then using the inside Chrome settings you can clear its history and coockies, or you can delete that app completely (if you want to use Safari from now on).

Well, I don't know how since it is not an Apple app (you should contact Google Chrome support team about that), but you could clear history & cookies from Chrome too. But if you deleted that app and the related data... no worries.
