Is there a risk to my iPhone after visiting a suspicious website on the X app?

I visited a suspicious website and exited immediately before the page fully loaded. Is there any risk to my device? I was browsing on the X app, and when I clicked on the video to enlarge the screen, a page appeared at the bottom with a website. I exited immediately.

Unsafe website on my iPhone I was trying to watch a movie online. When I clicked on the movie I got teleported to another very suspicious website it said that it was some phone cleaning app and that I have to download one file, it said that this is available only in my country. How can I tell if a "iPhone severely compromised" pop up is real? I was on a sketchy website when out of no where when I tried to play a video on that website a pop up appeared like the low power messege on iPhone. It said DANGER iPhone severely compromised. I want to know if this was real or not. Need answers ASAP [Re-Titled by Moderator]

No, nothing can happen simply by visiting a site. Especially before it even finished loading.
