There is an ad on my Viber list I accidentally clicked on it and it took me to a page on browser i closed it immediately and now I’m afraid to be hacked

Just navigate away from the page and forget about it. These are very common scams that work by attempting to threaten harass frighten or intimidate you into taking inappropriate actions. Read Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages - Apple Community for a few entertaining examples.
You can't be hacked simply by briefly viewing a web page.
