I bought a new AirPods Pro 2 and the firmware version is 5A377, I can’t update to latest version as mentioned. How can I update?

Don't update, the noise cancellation with the firmware version 5B58 (latest for Airpods Pro gen2) will be much worse.

You'd better not recommend to update untill you solve the noise cancellation issues in the firmware version 5B58.
