Can I get back into my phone? I changed the passcode and then forgot it the next day…to many failed attempts now the phone just says “security lockout” no option to even try the code again. I dont know what to do. I have a terabyte of data that very little is backed up on the cloud. Cause the iCloud has been completely full.

You cannot recover any data that is on the phone that was not backed up to either iCloud or your computer. And you can “rent" up to 2 TB of iCloud.

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.
