When I'm running and listening to music with my airpods, I won't get the Siri notifications, like my pace. But other ones, like a text message, will come through. If I pause the music then it will start working. I've tried it with YouTube music and Spotify, same result.

Troubleshooting Workout Notifications:
Verify that Siri Notifications are turned on both the Phone and Airpods
All those settings check out. The announce notifications work for everything but workouts while music is playing. When music isn't paying then the workout notifications will announce. Something about playing music is stopping just those notifications.
