Recently, sometimes once move AirPods from ear and message just delivered, iPhone speaker announce notification loudly even iPhone speaker turn off, how can I solve it?

Normally, I turn off iPhone speaker, so I can hear notifications via AirPods, didn’t announce notifications via iPhone speaker.
