How can I get my FaceTime to work … since the last update my FaceTime stoped working

We are not entirely sure which device you refer to, but we would recommend the troubleshooting steps in If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support & If FaceTime isn't working on your Mac - Apple Support as this will cover both iOS/iPadOS devices and macOS.
