Hello, I've realized iPad OS is taken up most of the storage from the bar, but if I look through the detail usage, it shows that only 8.68GB was used. I've tried to reboot but it's still the same. May I know what other items are stored under iPad OS? Thank you.

Before looking for additional explanation of the unexpected, perform a forced-restart of your iPad - as this may clear an isolated software issue:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
