Is mobile data turned on for your mail app?
If you go settings -> mobile data and then scroll down to your mail app.
I did, yeah.
Are you using a VPN or anything like that when away from Wi-Fi? I’m also assuming you mail app is working when on any Wi-Fi network and not just your home Wi-Fi.
Do you mean cellular data? Yes it is on
Yes. My wife’s phone is set up the same and hers is working fine. Keep getting message user name and password incorrect. Have deleted and reentered. Hard reset, etc.
