i cannot receive or send emails from my IPHONE 14 unless I am on wifi
My emails do not come through unless I am on wifi. As long as I'm home and on wifi there is no problem.

We'd recommend making sure that cellular data is enabled for Mail in your settings. You can learn how here: View or change cellular data settings on iPhone - Apple Support
