What is your model Apple TV box?

What is its version system software (tvOS)?

The Tennis Channel app on Apple TV requires tvOS 12 or later.

It is advised to keep your devices up-to-date. We’re on tvOS 16.3.x now.

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.
