Problems with update 16.3.1
Having issues with newest update in that my iphone 14 will not notify me of texts if I also have notifications active on my Apple watch. Is there a work around so that I'm getting sound notices on both devices?

That is not an issue with the latest update. It has always worked that way since the first Apple Watch was released. If you are wearing the watch with Wrist Detection enabled and the watch is unlocked then text notifications will only alert on the watch. There is no workaround; that’s how it is designed to work.
