I would like to know whether my Iphone 11 is eligible for display rreplacement program

Since I bought an iPhone 11 in 2020. I have been experiencing touch issues. Now the touch stopped working all of sudden. Therein, I would like to know whether my phone is eligible for display replacement program.

Iphone 13 pro display issue in IOS 16. My i phone's right edge of display isn't working Today I see a video on reel from a techy guy who said there's a iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program from apple. Is it true?
