Apple TV+ Problem on Samsung TV

Hi all,

I saw the question below posted previously, but have not seen if the problem was resolved.

“Does anyone know how to resolve this please. I have a Samsung TV and using the built in Apple TV+ app. But as you can see, I have atve all over screen.”

I’m currently having this issue and have spoken with both Apple and Samsung, but they have not been able to help me resolve this issue. I do not have this problem on my Apple devices.

Below is a phot of the image that appears on my Apple TV+ screen when I open it on my Samsung TV.

I just got off the phone with another call to Apple support, and the agent I spoke to this time was able to help me resolve the problem. Kudos to her! She was able to view my tv screen through my iPhone so that she could see the specific issue. She directed me to access the “Language” section under “Accounts” and reset the language. It resolved the issue I mentioned in my previous post!
