I’m going to be travelling in a month or so. I love my apple watch, but where I’m going will include spots where some very clever and talented pickpockets and thieves abound. Is there anyway to still be able to wear it to access it, but protect it from being cut off or removed? Yes, I’m sure I can bury it deep in or under something, but thought I’d ask.
You could buy a metal watch band, which can't be cut off your wrist. But honestly, if you know you'll be in a location where it's possible or even likely someone will attempt to steal the watch off your wrist, I wouldn't try to fight them. I'd give it to them to avoid having my neck slashed or a bullet in my head. Thieves don't care about you.
Instead, I wouldn't wear my expensive Apple Watch in any location where a thief may want to steal it. I'd go to a drug store and buy the least expensive battery operated watch I could find, to have something on my wrist which tells the time of day.
