Hi. What do i have to do if i have to switch iphones with my mother, and switch data too, meaning. I get her iphone and she get mine, and while that my data and stuff from my phone to my mothers and my mothers data to my phone. Please help

Both devices needs to do this first How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
After that is done both devices does this What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Swap sim cards then do this on both devices Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
