I would like to erase my mac book through my iCloud account. My mac is broken so I have to do it from an other device.
Every time i try to erase the device I have this msg : “ cannot send request” “There was a problem sending your request to this devices”
it worked for other devices I had but not my mac can you please help

Probably because your mac "is broken". Mac needs to be connected to wifi in order for that command to work.
Not the reason it doesn’t work. Even if it’s broken your should be able to erase your iCloud from your product
