My phone is hacked

Just now I have received a call from unknown number and after that message bomb.

I restarted my phone.

Both iPhone 12 and 12 mini hanging badly.

Please help will be appreciated

It made me spooked and right after that, I was receiving spam messages regarding things related to the call I think someone still has access to my phone and I just want to know if I should just move to a new device to get away from this

Can an Iphone get hacked through unknown calls? I received a unknown call from a computer like voice saying thank you for approving something and the call ended I didn’t receive the call again or I didn’t wanted to call the number again, as I was thinking about it I had a question in mind that if my Iphone can be hacked through a call.

You have received a phone call, and the Messages app then crashed? That may or may not be related.

If the devices are now not responding, force a restart on each: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

You’ve not been hacked. That’s pretty much impossible.
