My mom’s contacts still connected to my iPad Air

Today I logged out of my mom’s iCloud account and logged into mine. But when I went to iMessage it still had all of her conversations. Same with the photos and files. I want my iPhone to be connected with the iPad, not hers.

What do I do to fix this?

An Apple device is associated with exactly one user. Is this now your iPad? If so, first thoroughly cleanse it as follows:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Then “move in” to this like-new (software-wise) iPad using your Apple ID and password.
