Tickets bought on website using a Mac with Add to Wallet button

Several times I have used my Mac to purchase tickets for an event and the webpage has an Add to Wallet button. But since macOS doesn't have access to Apple Wallet, anyone what clicking the Add to Wallet button actually do if anything?

I think you should be able to add things to your Apple Wallet on your Mac, regardless of whether or not you can use Apple Wallet on a Mac.

Where is my Apple Wallet on MacOS? I bought tickets for a concert, and the shop came up with buttons to add the tickes to my Apple Wallet. I clicked those, and then... nothing. How to add event ticket to Apple Wallet? I'm running the latest macOS Ventura. Using Safari, I bought tickets to an event that's displaying inside Safari. There is an "Add to Apple Wallet" button. When I click it, I see the event ticket (see screenshot below, but blurred for obvious reasons), but no call-to-action to add it to the wallet. I see a message that says "Wallet requires iCloud and an iPhone or iPod Touch with iOS 6 o later." I have both. In fact, I routinely use Wallet on my iPhone 13. What do I do now??

Adding Tickets to Apple Wallet I have added a number of theatre tickets to my Apple wallet using the same company so I know it is supported. when I’ve tried to add them today it is taking me to a website not the Apple wallet? Help! I use this function a lot . thanks in advance
