Active iMessage

I can not active iMessage with my numberphone or apple ID. Please help me active

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

To use iMessage or FaceTime, you need to activate them on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. (As you already know.) If you see an error message during activation, follow the steps found in the Support Article below.
