Permission request for every file on OneDrive with Files On-Demand feature after updating BigSure

I get this error for every file I want to open on my OneDrive (:

The file “FILE_NAME” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it.

To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get Info.

I am the owner of my OneDriver folder, so this message does not make sense.

Files On-Demand feature is active on OneDrive and I cannot/do not want to turn it off since I have more than 300GB of data on it.

macOS: Big Sur 11.7.4

How can I fix it? Is this a bug? This happened since I updated my macOS.
