Disabled in the App store and iTunes
Hello,
my apple account has been disabled in the Apple store and iTunes. What I need to do to be able to use Apple store and iTunes again? I tried to add bank card, but it doesn't allow me. Back in January I made a subscription of Microsoft office, first month was for free, and later on it was 69.99 Eur per year. End of February I found out suspicious payment in bank account therefore my added bank card was cancelled, probably that is effected that I account is blocked at the moment. Can we solve this issue?
