You can forward calls from your number to another here:
Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → activate, select Forward To → enter the number your calls should be forwarded to, and tap Back.
When Call Forwarding is enabled, you'll see this icon in the Status Bar:
You cannot forward SMS messages to other iPhones, only to iPads and Macs that are signed in to the same Apple ID as your iPhone.
