Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Are you using iCloud or a third-party email provider? If iCloud, make sure that you can sign in at iCloud.com from your computer. That will help determine whether your password is working properly.
If you are using a third-party email account, make sure your settings appear correct on your iPhone by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [Account name]. For an overall view of Mail settings on iPhone, check out Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. You may need to do the same on your PC but would need to check with the manufacturer if more help is needed.
