Additionally, Focus settings can be synced across devices. If you have more than one Apple device using the same Apple ID as your iPhone, it might be shared from it. You can check to see if it has Do Not Disturbed on and whether the option to share across devices is enabled: Set up a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support shows you where to find this setting on an iPhone to start.
