How do I stop my iPhone 16 Pro Max from turning on "Do Not Disturb" automatically?

iPhone goes automatically into Do Not Disturb when I'm not actively using it.

Hello!

Go to: Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb. Now under “Set a Schedule,” are there any schedules set up? Is Smart Activation turned off? Thanks.

I had the same issue during the first few months of using this phone. The solution ended up being asking the carrier to delete the eSIM and generate a new one. After that, I reset all the network settings.

Apple removed my post. Hopefully, you will see this.

Apple may have removed it because it has ZERO to do with the subject of this thread, which is about a Focus issue.

I can't explain why or how the iPhone 16 Pro max ended up with this issue in the first place. The quality is terrible. My issue is similar all calls were going straight to voicemail after ring once. Sometime, it didn't even ring. It might not have been a Do Not Disturb problem —more likely a signal issue with the towers. I was surprised at first too.
