Unable to enable Do Not Disturb on my iPhone 13

Hi Apple, there is no option to turn off Do Not Disturb! I just accidentally clicked it during the day and the smallest amount of time setting is one hour! I need to turn it off now.

iPhone 13 Pro, but it appears to be an issue on all phones and iPads.

There are loads of old posts about this issue, why haven’t Apple sorted this out by now?!

Open the Control Center and try switching it off as shown in the gif below

Turn off all focus (DND, Driving, Work, Sleep, Personal, Any other). Open the Control center and see if this helps.
