website loading speed is slow down on safari

"Hi, I'm experiencing slow loading times on a specific website when using Safari on my iPhone. Other websites load quickly, and I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, but the problem persists. Is there anything I can do to improve the website's performance on my device, or is this an issue with Safari? Thanks!"

Hi digitaldrragon,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. Since this happens with a particular webpage, we'd recommend starting with the guidance from If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support which can help isolate or resolve most Safari issues. Below are a few sections from that article which it sounds like you may not have tried so far.

"Connect to a different network

Try to load a website, such as www.apple.com, using mobile data. If you don't have a mobile data connection, connect to a different Wi-Fi network, then load the website again.

If you're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network), check your VPN settings. If you have a VPN turned on, some apps or websites may block content from being loaded."

"Restart your device

Turn off your device and turn it on again.

"Turn on JavaScript

Turn on JavaScript if it's not already on.

  1. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced.
  2. Find the JavaScript feature.
  3. Tap the button to turn on JavaScript."

All the best.
