How to figure out your cellular data?

Basically long story short I lost my phone on a vacation 2 weeks ago, I received my replacement and logged in with my Apple ID and iCloud information, but now I can’t call, text or see any of my data. The phone says I have to manually put in my cellular data so how do I do that with out my old phone.
