Weird psychedelic/inverted pixels and red static on IPhone SE 2020?

Hi, I just bought this phone from straighttalk not too long ago, it had a fall unfortunately but everything was mostly okay for a few weeks until randomly I noticed that faces, skies, or shadows of any kind had a weird reddish/blueish psychedelic looking effect anywhere the shadows will be, most white backgrounds have a pinkish static thing going on and the screen will glitch out and freeze from time to time and I’ll have to restart the device. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Or how I need to fix it? I’ve included pictures of what my apps look like and what it looks like on just random things and faces. Somethings really messed up but I can’t figure out what
