I was charged $69.99 on March 5th for a yearly charge for Adobe Acrobat. I was unaware that there was a charge. I cancelled right away, but was wondering if I could get a refund for the $69.99? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Perhaps try contacting Adobe directly and and explaining what you said here. Then try Apple . I believe with Apple you put in an automated request and don’t use the app in the interim . Apple may just remove it and if you want to repurchase it for a monthly charge, then you should be able to do that .
According to the terms, purchases are consideered final although Apple does make exceptions. We are all other users so we have no idea what Apple's decision would be - you can always try it.
OP would need to check with Adobe to see if they offer a monthly subscription and if it was purchased through the app store, then Adobe could not do anything about it.
