I'm experiencing static/crackling noises on a pair of first gen AirPods Pro which are not covered by the repair program meant to repair this issue, what should I do?

I believe these were manufactured in Q1 of 2021.

If you believe your AirPods were manufactured after the cut-off date for the Service Program you will have to follow traditional repair pathways. Start by checking Apple's records for warranty and AppleCare+ coverage using the online tool at Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support. Based on what this tells you, contact Apple Support to learn your options and arrange service
