One specific person not showing up as an option for iOS lockscreen customisation

Hi All. Seems like a wierd bug with how photos are indexed and stored on iOS 16. I'm using iPhone 13 pro on 16.3.1 as of now. At some point since the new lock screen customisations came i.e. from version 16.0 onwards, I realised that only one of the people on my phone is not showing up as an option to select for lock screen shuffle options.

All other people and pets are available and even work as epected.

I have since removed the person from my photos and re-added but to no avail.

Any suggestions to fix this would be appreciated.
