I’ve purchased 4 different pairs of Airpods pro 2 the problem is that they all have same serial number and warranty validity till 21/11/2024 with apple care+
on all 4 of them spatial audio doesn’t work as well as NC and Transparency what should I do?

If you didn’t purchase them directly from Apple or an authorized retailer, my first reaction is to suspect the devices you bought are counterfeit.
Contact the retailer where you bought them.

Return them to the vendor and buy them from Apple or an Apple authorized retailer. Only that way will you know they are not counterfeit.
With the identical serial number I am thinking they are fake Airpods so I am not surprised they aren't working as expected. The serial number may be real but simply copied to many fake copies. It will appear as a real item in Apple's database but I wouldn't rely upon getting any warranty service on them.
Yep. They’re counterfeit. Stop doing business with that retailer.
I bought it from Aliexpress but the thing is I ordered these before and they all were original but now he sent me airpods with same serial number
