Transfer Games to another Apple ID

its been 2 years has there been any change to this fact

A purchase from Apple such as purchases in the App Store & iTunes Store & Books is linked to one Apple ID.

It is not possible to transfer purchases from one Apple ID to another.

This is also the case with Microsoft Store, Google Store, Adobe Store and others.
