Can photo albums be arranged in alphabetical order
In Photos on my Mac, can Albums be sorted into alphabetical order?

Do you want to sort the list of album or the photos in the albums? Both is possible in Photos for mac, at least, for the albums you create yourself.
To sort the list of albums, go in the sidebar to the heading "My Albums", ctrl-click it or right-click it, then use the command "Sort" and select "By Name".
To sort the photos in the album alphabetically, ctrl-click the album in the sidebar, then use "Sort > By Title".
