We understand that you'd like to use different payment methods to pay for your Apple purchases, correct?

You can edit the payment method associated with your Apple ID as outlined here: If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support

If you need to split one payment between two different payment methods, you may consider purchasing an Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes gift card with two different payment methods or add funds to your Apple ID with one payment method then add remaining funds with a different card and apply that balance to your Apple ID so that you can pay for your subscriptions. The Apple ID doesn't include a feature which would allow you to pay for one subscription with two different payment methods.
