Test PDF from iPad to Android device

By definition, a Text Message is just that - and nothing more. SMS (Short Message System) Text is not able to carry an attached document file.

MMS (Multi-Media Messaging), a cellular service related to SMS, can carry an attached photo or video - but again, not documents.

If you wish to send PDF or documents, you’ll have to use a different platform that is capable of carrying a document attachment - such as email.

No, as an ipad can't send a text message unless you have an iphone to use forward message.
