Hello Adetillion7,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're trying to invite family members to join your Apple Music subscription but they're not able to join. If so, we'd like to recommend some steps. Hopefully we can get this issue sorted out and have everyone enjoy Apple Music. Let's start off by following the steps below:

1.) Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

2.) Add a family member to your shared subscriptions - Apple Support

If you already set up Family Sharing

After you set up Family Sharing, eligible subscriptions are automatically shared with your family members. If your family members can't access a subscription, here's what to do:
1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Scroll down and make sure that Share with Family is turned on.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to share.
* If the subscription is individual or student, upgrade your subscription to a family plan

If you haven't set up Family Sharing
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.
3. Tap Set Up Your Family, then follow the onscreen instructions and invite your family members. Already set up Family Sharing?
4. Eligible subscriptions are automatically shared with your family members.

If your family members can't find the shared subscription, then follow these steps here: If you can't find your family's shared content - Apple Support

You might also want to restart all linked device to refresh things and also confirm that everyone is fully updated on their devices as well. This can usually help with unique issues, since updates include fixes. Just in case, this link can guide you through the update process: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

1.)Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2.)Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3.)Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4.) If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5.) Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

We hope these steps help you out. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Cheers.
