Hi, so basically like a month ago my camera wouldn’t give me the option to take ultra wide photos or 5X photos also its on 2x on default which is annoying.
Nn the setting it says it cant define if my camera is genuine or not though I bought it from an authentic reseller company.
I would really like to get help on this, Thank you

I have the same problem on my iPhone 12Pro. It appears to be a Software problem that began after I installed iOS 16.0 because it previously used to work. I also got the message questioning whether my camera was a genuine Apple part. I purchased the phone new from an AT&T store and the camera has never been repaired or modified. I called Apple support and they referred me to my local authorized Apple repair center. No Apple Stores on Maui, where I live. Authorized Apple repair center says there is no apparent hardware issue.
Oddly, I still get the 0.5x (13mm) option in SLO-mo and Pano settings.
