Hello I bought an apple iPhone 5se from a thrift store it seems to be unlocked and it's not stolen or anything but how do I bypass the PIN code without the PIN code or owners previous name or address or anything

Bypassing the PIN code is easy… just put it in recovery mode and restore ios. Unfortunately, if it’s activation locked, it’s useless. You can’t bypass that.

Then you will have to borrow a computer or make an appointment at an Apple store or Apple authorized support provider and use their computer.
If it’s activation locked with someone else’s icloud account, it’s irrelevant. You won’t be able to use it even if you do have a computer to bypass the PIN.
