How to share screen on Google Meet app on iPhone 13 Mini

So, I am trying to share my screen on call with my friends and it won’t let me. Every time I try to share my screen it says this. How do I fix this?

iOS18 and Screen share not working as intended: no drawing and no remote control options. Why? I tried to use this new feature on my 15 Pro (my friend has a 16), but I can only see the other screen or show my screen to my friend on FaceTime. I cannot draw anything or control remotely the other phone (neither my friend if we do the other way around). I can’t even see the option on the bottom right part of the screen. Only the magnifying glass on the bottom left side of the screen is available. I also tried with another friend of mine and it is happening the same thing. Why is that? Maybe because I live in Europe (and so my other two friends) and Apple blocked these two feature as they did with Mirroring your iPhone on Mac?

Google Meet or Google Meet (Original) is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Google Meet Help
