Photo tag disappeared

I have pictures on my phone saved directly from one of my contacts’ iMessage. The pictures have ‘sent from (contact’s name)’ tag top center of the picture. If the tag disappears, does it mean the person blocked me?

No, maybe they have removed the pic for adding another one. This in no way indicates blocking. There is no clear indication of blocking in iMessage.

Thanks for your response. Could it mean the person deleted the conversation as well or just the picture that was shared?
