i think the new issue is caused by the mac OS automatic software update. But, since my installer is not working its stuck and cant compete the install.

It clearly says do not interrupt the installer— what did you do, interrupt the installer? It can take quite a bit of time...

what exact mac?

what macOS were you running?

what are you trying to install?

Take it to Apple store for help if you are stuck.
