wireless network sync between devices

Hello !

We changed our wireless network at work and I just noticed different things:

- My wireless networks don't sync between devices through iCloud. I think that it was working fine before and never noticed that it wasn't syncing anymore

- Despite the fact that I have lot of networks in the keychain app or on my iPhone, I don't see all of them in the system preferences => network => Wi-Fi.

- Some networks are located in the session keychain, other are under the iCloud one. I tried to move the one in session to the keychain but the informations aren't the same.

My questions are:

- on my MacBook Pro, how can I list all known networks ?

- is there a way to force my wireless networks to sync between my devices ?

- Why Apple doesn't allow to have all of them in the iCloud keychain ?

One more thing: I have a network, the kind of networks that you find in hospitals: free access, but there is a login portal asking for the phone number and sending a password for one day. I connected to this one using my iPhone but it doesn't appear in my know networks (Wi-Fi setup => modify to show th list of known networks). But I see it on my MacBook Pro in the prefered networks. And I never connected to this one with my MacBook Pro.

Both my iPhone and my MBP are up-to-date (iOS16 and Monterey)
