my apple watch is stuck on the apple logo and i have been holding down the two buttons.

Is your signature correct that you own a Series 1 Watch? If holding down the digital crown and power buttons at the same time for several seconds doesn't help, your watch has likely bit the dust. It is after all an 8 year old device which is now obsolete and vintage. There will no service options available on such an old watch at this point.
It's likely time to consider a newer, more modern Apple Watch.
